The Deaf Society of NSW believes that Deaf people should enjoy the same political, civil and human rights as other members of the community and this includes access to information.
Sign Language Communications NSW's Translation Service can translate your English documents, web content or audio into accessible Auslan (Australian Sign Language) content. For example it is possible for us to translate brochures, lectures, policies, or even insert an interpreter into existing video content.
We provide expert advice in visual communication and provision of accessible information for Deaf people and offer a variety of signers to best suit your organisations requirements.
We offer two options for your translated content:
- Option 1 - Signed information with a plain background or company logo/s (no graphics)
- Option 2 - Signed information with graphics, inserted background/s and video inserts/photos
Subtitles and voiceover are also available at an additional cost.
Auslan footage can be provided in Flash, Quicktime, Windows Media Player, AVI or DVD format - suitable for websites, CD Rom or DVD players.
