The Post-Placement Support provided by the Deaf Society Employment Service is for the benefit of both clients and employers.
All employers must provide working conditions for people with a disability that follow Federal Government legislation. The conditions are summarised into twelve quality standards, called The 12 Disability Standards, which form part of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
