Working with the Deaf community is satisfying, interesting and challenging.

The Deaf Society of NSW is a bilingual, bicultural workplace which values diversity. Both Auslan and English are used in the workplace. Staff members are supported to learn Auslan as well as improve their written English skills. Auslan interpreters are provided for all meetings and training courses.
